   Standard cleaning includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, faucets, mirrors, appliances, and toilets, making the bed, microwave and general cleaning throughout the house. 

Deep cleaning includes cleaning inside appliances; such as Oven, refrigerator, baseboards and exterior and interior clean of cabinets.

For this service we get the unit or property ready for a new home owner or tenant. 

This service is deep clean recommend but standard clean is also an option.

The unit or property must be 90% empty, this help insure all areas is able to be clean and reached. 

Do your closet need some organization? Whats about the children closet?  What about your bathroom? or kitchen? Well this service is tailored just for that. 

whats included: folding or hanging up laundry, ( laundry much be washed and dried). Placing items in an organizing arrangement  that is either located in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and common areas.
